Four new cases of COVID-19 were reported on Tuesday in Union County, bringing Union County’s total now to 392. The total also puts Union County outside the weekly threshold necessary for schools to fully reopen… placing Union County at 14.9 per 100,000 for the week. In order to stay under the limit, the county would need to have a limit of two cases a week three weeks in a row. At least 16 counties in Oregon already this week have not met the state’s new standard to reopen schools, and nine exceeded the amount on Tuesday alone.
