In total, 22 Emergency Loans for small businesses in La Grande have been approved totaling $169,020. “It is critical to our City to keep our small businesses alive,” said Mayor Steve Clements. “The Emergency Loan Program is an opportunity for the City to provide help to our qualifying small businesses to help sustain them through this crisis.”
