Highway construction projects are continuing in Eastern Oregon and travelers are reminded to watch for orange traffic cones and construction workers along the state highway system. Please pay extra attention and be prepared for equipment, flaggers and traffic pattern changes during daytime and nighttime construction zones.

Distracted or inattentive driving and speed remain primary causes of crashes, so slow down and put cell phones and other distractions away while behind the wheel. ODOT wants you and our crews to all get home safe at the end of the day. Traffic fines are double the amount in all work zones.

Listed below are key highway projects with information sorted by county area. Interstates and U.S. highways are listed first, followed by state routes. Location information is listed via mile post (MP) number for the highway section. Construction time frames are estimates and subject to change.

Additional updates will be shared throughout the construction season. More information on key projects is available online, as is the statewide summer construction map.
