Communications Manager Andrew Cutler & Chief Financial Officer Anthony Bailey from Oregon Trail Electric Co-op, join the Morning Buzz to talk about the recent court-ordered spill and how it will affect OTEC members.

We discuss the details of the spill, including the decrease of power generation during this time, as well as the impact to the environment and wildlife. The Spring spill along the Columbia River began April 10th and is expected to continue through June 15th, while the Snake River operations are scheduled from April 3rd to June 20th. House Bill 3144 would require the spill to end until the National Environmental Policy Act process is completed in 2021.
