An Elgin man is facing sex charges involving at least four victims. 20 year old Corey Collins was first arrested back in November. Now, additional charges have been filed against him, including four new felony charges, including two counts of rape and two counts of sex abuse, sodomy, sexual penetration with an object, and contributing to the sexual delinquency of a minor.
