A contentious first meeting of the new year in Cove, where the new mayor and the council clashed over several proposals. Mayor Del Little brought up three proposals… a right of way permit, a snow and ice removal plan, and a sidewalk ordinance. All three received an icy response from city council members and from some Cove residents.
