Tomorrow, the annual Doggy Dash & Splash will be held at the Veterans’ Memorial Pool in La Grande’s Pioneer Park. It starts at 11 a.m. No chemicals in the water means it is safe, so bring your best friend by for all the fun before the splash pool is drained for the season.
