Those potentially contaminated barrells have begun to be pulled from Wallowa Lake by the Environmental Protection Agency, which says although the barrels seem to have been full of lake water, they are waiting for test results to confirm that. The barrels were first found about 10 months ago by recreational divers, who were alarmed to see one labeled as an agricultural herbicide that, when combined in military strengths, can form Agent Orange.
