Another victim has been discovered after a shooting Tuesday morning in Baker City. 38 year old Nathaniel Brown was taken to the hospital for treatment of a gunshot wound to the hand. Now, detectives say 31 year old Angela Parrish also suffered a gunshot wound. Parrish died. 49 year old Shawn Greenwood is in custody.
