La Grande Police say you should make sure you lock your car doors. That warning comes after two people were arrested. Jason Neaves is charged with Attempted Unauthorized use of a Motor Vehicle and Criminal Mischief. Adrienne Neaves was hit with the same charges, and also for possession of Heroin. Both were locked up in the Union County Jail.
