Two human cases of West Nile virus have turned up in Baker County. Oregon Public Health officials say all residents need to take precautions against mosquitoes. Those at highest risk include anyone with a serious illness, those 50 and older, and people with immune-compromising conditions, such as diabetes and high blood pressure.
