Oregon State Police in Baker County, along with the Baker County Sheriff’s Office, pulled over two cars on I-84 that appeared to be racing… at 111 miles per hour. The driver of a Cadillac STS, 48 year old Michel Reinoehl of Clackamas, appeared to be impaired. He had his 11 year old son, a kitten, and a dog in the car at the time, along with marijuana and other drugs, and a loaded concealed Glock pistol. The driver of the other car, a Subaru Impreza, was the 17-year-old son of Reinoehl who was also arrested Marijuana possesion and Unlawful Possession of a firearm.
